· Additional Perks & Benefits - Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn moreKey Responsibilities:· Oversee daily activities of clients/patients, ensuring expectations and rules are adhered to and communicating vital information to the treatment team
· Provide ongoing supervision to Behavioral Health Technicians, including regular observation of job duties and spot checking on video footage of staff interaction with clients
· Develop and facilitate individualized training plans for staff, ensuring proper training and adherence to policies and procedures
· Schedule technicians, monitor overtime, and ensure proper coverage is maintained per contractual standards
· Participate in clinical staffing and treatment team meetings to provide feedback and facilitate ongoing communications

· Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Education, Criminal Justice, Family Studies, Counseling, Recreational Therapy, Human Services, Human Development, Child Development, Gerontology, Behavioral Science, Rehabilitation CounselingOR...· Associate of Applied Science in Behavioral Health Support degree from an approved institution is not listed as a requirement but two years of experience in substance abuse or mental health treatment with a minimum of one year of supervisory experience and a high school education would meet the requirements.OR....· Work experience in a related human services field may substitute for educational requirements. *Related fields may include direct support such as case management, residential support, developmentally disabled support, vocational rehabilitation, and more. Four years of qualifying experience minimum or a combination of education and experience equaling four years required.Additional Qualifications:· Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance
· Completion of background check, including driving record and abuse/neglect check
· Completion of New Hire Orientation and all training requirements, including Relias
· Training in procedures of detoxification, Behavioral Management, and Medication Administration (as applicable)Physical Requirements:· Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects
· Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shift
· Sitting most of the time, with occasional walking or standing for brief periods
