**Schedule**
Upon hire you will work full-time on 1st shift, Monday-Friday 7am-7pm OR 8am-8pm. Schedule is rotating, 3 days/week and 4 days/week.
**Pay Rate**
The wage for this position is between $14.50 and $16. Hourly wage is dependent upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.
**What you'll be doing:**
+ Provide assistance to volunteers as needed in the absence of the RCC Coordinator
+ Lead activities to assist the residents in developing and practicing life skills in the areas of parenting and homemaking
+ Provide direct assistance to the residents to meet their treatment objectives
+ Address behavioral concerns by implementing therapeutic interventions within scope of practice
+ Observe interactions between residents and family units and documents concerns for counselor review
+ Transport residents to appointments and other activities off-site
+ Perform related duties as required
**Qualifications:**
+ High School diploma OR GED
+ Minimum 1 year experience working in a healthcare environment
+ Residential healthcare experience **_preferred_**

**Pay Details:** $14.50 to $16.00 per hour
