Job Title: Resident Sales Distribution Manager
Location: Jersey City, New Jersey
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $95,000 annually
Contractor Work Model: Onsite

Overview:
The Resident Sales Distribution Manager is responsible for overseeing and expanding sales distribution activities nationwide. This position combines sales leadership and distributor partnership development to ensure consistent revenue growth, effective supply chain performance, and strong customer engagement.
Responsibilities: Drive sales growth by managing and supporting 1099 distributors. Implement sales strategies aligned with corporate goals to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Monitor distributor performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, pricing, and brand standards. Develop new distribution opportunities to expand market reach and increase product penetration. Build and maintain strong relationships with 1099 distributors. Provide marketing material and tools to further develop knowledge base for 1099 distributors. Prepare weekly sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and company quality guidelines. Provide training, support, and motivation to distributor sales teams. Organize product demonstrations to enhance product knowledge. Act as the primary liaison between headquarters and nationwide 1099 distribution partners. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business, or related field.
  Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales and distribution management (medical device, pharmaceutical, or related field preferred). Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong experience managing distributor networks and multi-channel sales operations. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Leadership qualities with the ability to influence and motivate partners. Solid organizational and project management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office 365.
