We are seeking a Resident Relations Coordinator to join our team!

Position Summary:
+ Assist with the planning, organizing, and implementing of resident initiatives in accordance with fair housing laws and regulations, and HUD regulations and directives.
+ Take all residents’ complaints and requests, follow-up and resolve and notify residents of action taken within 24 hours.
+ Coordinate the activities of established resident retention and relations programs.
+ Partner and work closely with residents, community organizations, and law enforcement agencies to achieve optimum operating results.
+ Coordinate the ticketing and work order activities of the maintenance technicians.
+ Update property management system with resident’s complaints, work orders and status as required .
+ Prepare keys and welcome packages for new tenants.
+ All other duties as determined by the Property Manager
Qualifications:
+ One-year minimum experience working in a property management environment, or two years minimum experience working in sales, marketing and customer service.
+ Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build relationships.
+ Physical Requirements- Must be able to walk up 3 flights of stairs, multiple times a day, 5,000 steps/day including in inclement weather.
+ General knowledge of Microsoft Windows based PCs
+ Proficiency in using Microsoft Office apps including; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, OneDrive/SharePoint
+ Experience with collaboration apps including Teams, Zoom & WebEx
+ Experience with Apple iOS devices
+ Requires a Valid Drivers license
