Job Duties and Responsibilities

TASKS:

Monitor equipment installation/process alignment to specifications Support root-cause analysis for defects and scrap reduction Verify documentation meets customer audit standards Coordinate technical support for urgent issues Track capacity expansion progress against the seven-week deadline, maintenance plan execution Ensure validation protocols align with Dana’s requirements, acting as a bridge for rapid issue resolution.

Expectations:

University degree in Mechanical , Electronical or Mechatronic Engineering 3-5 years relevant experience on similar field Knowledge of quality area Supplier development experience Superior communication skills, self-starter and results-orientated personality Hands-on capability with good knowledge of manufacturing Good knowledge in machine and tooling acceptance protocols Good project management skills Strong background in interpretation of Engineering drawings/specifications, and manufacturing process planning/evaluation Strong analytical, problem solving and inter-personal skills Fluency in English and German Acceptance of temporary employment with 6 months
