Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

To support fact finding and witnessing as well as advising Owner ‘s staff on carrying out repair or replacement work in support of Availability Guarantees Daily maintenance and Operation support. To provide an on-site response for mutually undertaking technical investigations with Owner’s maintenance managers on events, faults and problems.To provide technical advice to Owner’s staff on preparation work including schedules and specifications for Minor and eHGPI Gas outages and unscheduled outages.To check and advise Owner on work specifications and procedures for plant maintenance within their specialist area.

 

To co-ordinate monthly and quarterly meetings with the Owner, Program Manager (including LTSC) and Engineering Team if required. Inspection of Parts supplied under Long Term Supply Contract jointly with Owner. Fault tracing, fact findings, and its rectification directs communication with Engineering Back-office for problem solving. Analysis of operation behavior and suggest optimization of operation parameters (vibrations, temperatures, pressures, power output, efficiency, reliability / availability) Coordinate and co-operate with Project manager client with technical support. Evaluation of operation data (Fault Alarms) on a daily basis and provide recommendations to rectify problems with Engg support To assess the operational criteria and create internal and external technical reports To cooperate with other contractors required to work with clients To ensure full compliance with EHS

We don’t need superheroes, just super minds

·       You are (Diploma in Mech Engg) with 10-12 years of experience or BE Mechanical with 8-10 years of experience in Steam Powerplants.

·       You have experience of at least working 8-10 years in teams during Steam/Gas turbine outages

·       You have good technical knowledge of Gas turbines and auxiliaries of Siemens/GE etc make

·       You are comfortable working in shifts / flexibility in working hours as part of your job and traveling to different Powerplant sites across India/Abroad.
