Forvia Hella is seeking its next great Resident Engineer to join our team. The primary function of this role will be to collaborate with our OEM partner on any issues that may arise during design stages or current production. Individuals that are passionate about production best practices, problem solving, and communication will thrive in this role.

Daily Responsibilities

Work with our OEM partner to communicate and ensure supplier component validation is meeting both technical and fascia/ interior requirementsSupport change management functions in the parts release databasesSupport product development, testing and validation at Proving Grounds, pre-production locations, design benches and other suppliers.Flexibly provide support to supplier residentsSupport and upload software updates for multiple tracking and bench systemsCollect vehicle component logs, be proficient to interpret and diagnose log files
