If you are eager to be the driver of global processes and your dream is to work with Global Process Engineering, then here is an outstanding opportunity for you! **Core Responsibilities** + Technical management on defining and specifying activities, processes, and standards to fulfil the quality requirements for a service or manufactured material, component, or product. + Strict adherence to our LEGO core values – Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People. + Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of processes or outputs, either against defined internal and/or regulatory standards + Product integrity testing to ensure orders are in compliance with corporate/customers' quality requirements + Defining and aligning platform ownership processes with Engineering team and production + maintenance. + Hands on experience in Product Control plans and PFMEA tools. + Ensures tasks to be carried out are in line with our prioritization and goals + Ensure right balance of resource management vs number/complexity of tasks + Ensures optimization of existing solutions to deliver on efficiency and productivity. + Drives synergy and collaboration with our EMS partner as a point of process contact and Planning adherence. + Reporting upwards on Operational KPI’s, containment and corrective actions. + Value added contributor and team member towards Continuous Improvement within the daily operations. + Communication skills and team collaboration are essential both upwards and inside the day to day operation. **Play your part in our team succeeding** The Process Engineering organization is to build robust connections between the design team and the electronics manufacturing sites (internal and external). This area not only facilitates the introduction of new products by developing necessary manufacturing systems but also manages and supports the existing Tech Element portfolio in mass production. The organization actively collaborates with electronics manufacturing sites (internal and external) and key component suppliers hereby working with the relevant internal stakeholders. **Do you have what it takes?** + Bachelor degree or above with focus on faculties of Engineering (especially in mechatronics or electrical engineering) + Proven 5 years experience of technical management in a consumer electronics manufacturing environment + Solid knowledge of multiple stakeholder management + Knowledge and experience in industrial Mechatronics manufacturing processes with 5 years SMT PCBA manufacturing and Automated equipment performance. + Experience in Six Sigma/analytical trouble shooting skills + Proficiency in English and Hungarian + Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different levels of the organization + Takes initiative, recognizes and acts on opportunities + Ability to see opportunities and challenge with holistic view + Teammate mentality and good communication skills + Advanced problem solving and decision-making skills + **Ability to work 4 days/week in Tiszaújváros and 1 day/week in the LEGO facility at Nyíregyháza** \#L1-RMF Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
