What you’ll be doing: In this role, you'll energize our team by supporting nursing staff and collaborating with physicians, residents, and families. Dive into dynamic tasks like conducting assessments, advocating for patients, and leading educational efforts. You'll also manage admissions and discharges, drive care conferences, and craft and update care plans—all while making a meaningful impact every day. Come be a part of a dedicated team where your expertise and compassionate approach will help shape a warm, supportive environment for our residents. Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm; Primarily Sundays, with occasional weekday (Monday - Saturday) coverage as needed.
