We are looking for a Resident Assistant whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior assisted living/memory care residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our busy senior living in Minnetonka, MN. In the position one will be provided on the job medication passing training and be expected to pass medications. This weekend caregiver schedule includes; 40 hours per two weeks day/evening shift every other weekend (saturday/sunday) rotation and rotating holiday Responsibilites: Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse. May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities. Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff Assists with onboarding of new staff Required Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting.
