The Fountains at Hosanna Assisted Living is located in Lakeville, MN. We offer 93 apartments. We have a well-established community with warm residents, and a dedicated and seasoned staff! We are looking for a Resident Assistant whom would provide personal cares to improve and/or maintain the senior residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our vibrant and busy assisted living in Lakeville, MN. This caregiver schedule includes; 64 hours every two weeks Evening shift; 2PM-10PM Every other weekend and holiday rotation Block Schedule: Week 1 : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday Responsibilities: Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts. Under direction of Nurse, provides health related services as needed such as; passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse. May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities. Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff Assists with onboarding of new staff Required Qualifications: Ability to communicate effectively, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting.
