The Four Seasons Private Residences Bangkok at Chao Phraya River Phraya is looking for a Assistant Director of Residences. Candidates with passion for excellence, expertise in property and asset management, hospitality operations and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As a member of the Residential team, the Assistant Director of Residences works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience.
Reporting to Director of Residences, The Assistant Director of Residences will assist the Director of Residences with the daily management of the Residential component of the Four Seasons Private Residences including;
Property Management
Asset Management
Financial Management
Capital Planning Product & Service
Stakeholder Relationships
Residential Service Experiences
Resident Recognition
Resident communication and relationship management
Technology
Coordination of Residential A la carte services
The role ensures the highest level of professional property and asset management execution, excellence in both product and service, while ensuring Resident recognition to the Four Seasons standard.
The Ideal Assistant Director of Residences will have:
Previous managerial experience within the Luxury Residential or Luxury Hotel Industry.
Previous experience in Ownership and Stakeholder Liaison.
Proven financial acumen.
Excellent Talent Management skills required.
Professional property management training or preferred management certification such as IREM or CAI or similar as recognized in the region and must be knowledgeable of local property management laws and practices.
University Bachelor’s Degree, Business, Finance or Real Estate Management preferred, or equivalent experience of 10+ years of property management/residential operations and /or hotel management.
Residential/Hotel Operations or Management, Accounting/Financial Management, Business Management – Building Management
The legal right to work in Thailand
Fluency in Thai and working proficiency in English are essential requirements.
