SPAR, a leader in retail construction and merchandising, is hiring Resets Remodel Senior Leads to join our dynamic overnight reset and remodel team. About the Role:


As a Senior Lead, you’ll supervise a 3–5 person team on high-impact remodels at big box home improvement stores. This role is 100% travel-based — you'll be on the road for extended periods, working across multiple states and staying ahead of the game with hands-on work involving heavy steel racking, shelving, fixtures, and store resets. Expect to spend weeks or months at a time servicing projects outside of your home state.

Senior Leads are on the path to District Operations Manager

Shift Schedule:

Overnight Shifts: Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a 3–5 person team on overnight retail remodelsRemove and replace damaged steel racking and shelving systemsReconfigure pallet racking and cantilever towersInstall fixtures and update store signage/schematicsEnsure safety, quality, and compliance on every sitePerform physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs.) and climb ladders as needed

What You Bring:

Prior construction, carpentry, or remodel experience requiredComfort working at heights (up to 20 ft.)Ability to travel extensively and work overnight shiftsSkilled in reading blueprints and store layoutsProficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting systemsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsMust own basic hand tools (mechanic set, gloves, utility knife)Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license preferredSteel-toe boots required; professional appearance expected
