\nWhat will I be doing?
\nAs a Reservations Sales Agent, you will serve as the first line of inquiry for room reservations within the hotel. A Reservations Sales Agent is responsible for offering excellent customer service, options, and other solutions to meet Guest and customer needs. Specifically, a Sales and Reservations Agent will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
\n\nConvert, quickly, inquiries into contracted business\nRespond, positively, to sales inquiries to develop future sales leads\nIdentify sales leads, as appropriate\nRespond to all customers in a highly professional manner, including ensuring all reservations are completed accurately and to the Guest's expectation\nProvide prompt and efficient service while maintaining the hotels brand standards\n\nWhat are we looking for?
\n\nUse & Maintenance of CRM system\nCreation of Event Sheets\nA passion for delivering great customer service\nA highly professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills\nOutstanding administration and organizational skills\nIntermediate computer proficiency\n\nThe attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
\n\nPrevious experience in a customer-focused industry\nPositive attitude and good communication skills\nCommitment to delivering a high level of customer service\nExcellent grooming standards\nCalm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail\nAbility to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with a Guest\nProfessional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service\nAbility to work on your own and as part of a team\nCompetent level of IT proficiency\n\n\n
