Our Team:
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Reservations Agent to join our dynamic Rooms Team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

Your Job:

Are you excited about delivering the best Rooms experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! The Reservations Agent is responsible for selling the hotel and providing information to prospective guests, to capture sales from the incoming calls and coordinate details of each reservation to ensure the guest’s satisfaction. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Reservations Agents to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

About You:

Knowledge of Opera preferredOne to two years’ experience working in hotels or customer service preferredStrong communication skillsWork authorization in the United States
