In this dual role, you will be the first point of contact for guests—whether by phone, email, or other platforms—managing inquiries and reservations with efficiency, professionalism, and warmth. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth communication, accurate bookings, and memorable guest service that reflects our brand standards.
What will your responsibilities be?
Guest Assistance Communication:
Handle calls and inquiries with a courteous and professional attitude.Respond promptly and accurately to guest queries.Coordinate with various departments such as Front Office, Guest Services, etc., to ensure an outstanding guest experience.Maintain confidentiality of all guest and hotel information at all times.Monitor and respond to guest reviews and feedback across extranets, specialized platforms, and Hyatt’s internal systems, ensuring consistent communication aligned with brand standards.Reservations Management:
Manage individual and group reservations across all available channels.Advise clients on the best accommodation options based on their needs.Ensure all reservation systems are accurately synchronized to guarantee smooth operations and reliable financial reporting.Coordinate with Operations and Administration teams to ensure all documentation, payments, and pre-arrival procedures are completed.Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and agencies, acting as their main point of contact for reservation-related inquiries.Actively contribute to upselling and cross-selling initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities.Produce and review booking reports when required.What are we looking for?
Previous experience in customer service, reservations, and sales (highly valued).Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written). Additional languages are a plus.Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office, systems such as Opera, Synxis, MARS).Organized, detail-oriented, problem-solving, and results-driven individual.Proactive, flexible mindset with a strong drive for continuous improvement.Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment.Studies in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.Full-time availability required.What do we offer?
