DescriptionThe incumbent of this position is responsible to materialise maximum number of requests and reservations.
Key Responsibilities\nEnsure daily reservations accuracy rates, compliance from segment and source system close-out when necessary and rate availability\nEnsure client's satisfaction and adherence to Kempinski service standards\nFollow internal credit policy.\nFollow up on lost business and bring information about them to the knowledge of the department superiors\nSpot-check reservations made previous day and check all VIP arrivals\nFollow the internal up-sell programme for Reservations department \nEnsure email response within the 24hour policy\nConvert enquiries through telephone and direct bookings\nCross-sell Olare Mara to Villa Rosa guests and vice-versa\nPerform any other duty as assigned to them by management\n

DESIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
\n\nGood knowledge for Opera PMS\nAt least one year previous experience in a Reservations role\nExcellent proficiency in English both written and spoken\nSales and guest relations skills\nDetail oriented\nGood communication and listening skills\nDemonstrate energy and enthusiasm\nAbility identify errors and proper reporting\n
