Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time Reservations Agent to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. What will you do?Answer multi-line telephone, maintaining a professional office environment and professional relations with internal and external customers in accordance with our established customer service programProvide top-notch customer service programUse all available resources to answer questions Create reservations and recognize opportunities to offer packages and additional servicesCommunicate with hotel and resort front desk staffPerforms other duties as assigned (Assisting with Retail, Housekeeping and Gift Shop).
