Job Summary
The Global System Administrator is responsible for overseeing the transition and implementation of operational initiatives including but not limited to software launches/upgrades and managing vendor partner relationships who utilize the tools. You will work alongside subject matter experts in both Conference, Reception and Food Services to deliver best in class services and experiences focused on Coca-Cola Offices. Additionally, this role will be tasked with strategic, projects supporting all aspects of the business. This role requires a combination of analytical, communication, leadership and technical skills with a background in the Hospitality industry. This person will ensure all services and projects are being delivered to the Client in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:•Works directly with Global Meetings and Events client(s) on all projects related to systems•Support key initiatives for Hospitality Technology solutions (i.e., EMS, Point of Sale Systems, etc.)•Works very closely with vendor-partners to ensure that all system related changes are updated accordingly (i.e., catering menus, invoices, budgets, etc.)•Ensures that appropriate standard operating procedures are in place for the account. •Manage, develop, and enhance processes that will elevate the guest/ client experience•Responsible for overseeing day to day reservations department; manage and formulate weekly schedules for team members, flexing labor and staffing levels when applicable.•Responsible for timekeeping, approving PTO and sick time for the Reservation team plus completing reviews and other Compass-related documentation on the reservation staff.•Provide a consistent high-level service in all areas to ensure guest satisfaction KPIs are achieved.•Work with on-site teams to help resolve space issues after proper escalation path has been followed.•Troubleshooting a wide variety of requests and situations, both for customers and clients.•Exhibits superb organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.•Make recommendations for future system upgrades.•Create new users within 24 hours (back up)•Configuring, adding, and deleting rooms and resources•Quality Assurance –perform testing and validation•Transfer and update reservations along with business movements•Pull, scrub and analyze variety of reports (hard coded & query)•Develop positive relationships with all vendor partners and clients
QualificationsQualifications include:•Experience with software system booking reservations & services, utilizing conflict resolution and understanding of availability logistics, amenities, and services•Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and juggle many tasks simultaneously.•Analytical approach to resolve space conflicts.•A thorough understanding of meeting dynamics, including room set-ups,•Audio Visual functions, food and beverage requirements, etc.•A good understanding of spatial relationships in the context of conference room capacities and functions.•Creativity, with an open mind to see things from a different angle, suggest alternative space solutions, etc.•Excellent live meeting skills via teams calls, combined with strong “listening” skills.•Familiarity with conference center property management/reservation systems.•Strong computer skills and knowledge of office technology/equipment.•Discreet, ethical, and committed to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality. •A consistently professional approach, with a mindset to take ownership and responsibility within and outside one’s job domain.
