What You’ll Do:

Lead the design and delivery of impactful HR surveys that influence talent strategies worldwide.Manage end-to-end survey projects, from briefing and methodology consulting to questionnaire’s scripting (Qualtrics), testing, and analysis.Preparing comprehensive reports with key findings, insights, and executive summaries (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Cooperation with several departments & stakeholders, focusing on LATAM regionMentor junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and excellence.Apply principles of #lean, #agile, #scrum, and #designthinking to optimize project workflows.Stay ahead of industry trends by exploring AI, data visualization, and advanced analytics tools.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 3 years of experience in social or marketing research, project coordination, or consulting (agency, corporate, or academic).Expertise in quantitative research methods, questionnaire design, and reporting.University degree in sociology, psychology, marketing, or related fields.Excellent command of English (spoken and written) and good knowledge of Spanish—many projects focus on LATAM markets.Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Passion for technology, AI, and innovative solutions to complex research challenges.Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proven consulting experience—defining client needs and maintaining strong relationships.Familiarity with #HRsurveys, #EmployeeSurveys, #FeedbackSurveys, and #CustomerExperience.Knowledge of #lean, #agile, #scrum, #designthinking methodologies.Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (R, Python).
