Element Boulder has a current opportunity for a full-time Research Technician to join our growing team in Louisville, CO. The main responsibility of the Research Technician is to assist the Clinical Study Coordinator in facilitating the Study in each Laboratory in order to meet customer turn time and requests; to help ensure the Studies are performed to protocol(s) requirements; to ensure that the Studies meet requirements of the Quality System.
The pay range for this role is set between $25-$40/hr, but will depend on the candidates experience level and qualifications.
Responsibilities Conduct required assessments throughout the clinical trial assessment periodAssures clinical supply accountability for assigned studiesAccompanies sponsors representatives during site visits and follows up, as neededAccumulates all data and supplies for study closureSetup and Monitor data collection equipment including computers to input information and results from the study, analyze data, and collect electronic dataUtilize math skills while collecting data, routinely work with units of measure to perform calculations, both of which accuracy to prevent compromising the studyDocuments findings and any deviations that are captured during the study Skills / Qualifications BS Degree preferred but not requiredProficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Availability, flexibility, and maturity to represent the company at a broad range of events/projects in the community, with customers and within the companyWell developed oral and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs, Good interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward communication built on mutual respectTechnical background is a plusAbility to interface with participantsAttention to detail is an absolute mustMust be able to clearly communicate verbally with Study Team and ParticipantsMust have good interpersonal skills, demonstrated through interactions with participants, Clinimark staff, Sponsor representatives, etc.Must be detail-oriented and organized#LI-TK1
