Key Responsibilities: * Research Strategist will lead systematic literature reviews and theory-informed research briefs to support product and innovation decisions * Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to shape experiment plans, define hypotheses, and interpret results * Create clear, executive-facing research summaries that translate academic insights into a business context * Contribute to developing and governing our innovation lifecycle and internal research database * As a Research Strategist, you will serve as a subject matter expert in research methodology and contribute to cross-functional research training * Stay current on trends in service design, behavioral science, technology adoption, and innovation management
