Ability to see and solve problems using Lean methodologies and share outcomes with stakeholders. Working as part of a team to provide customer solutions. Working knowledge of alternative fuels and the implications of each fuel’s characteristics on the engine design    **Product Testing** : Knowledge of product testing approaches, techniques and tools. Coordinating execution of test plans, including resources, strategy, schedules, processes and tools.
