Your responsibilities will include conducting cutting-edge research on natural language processing, developing prototype solutions to real-world problems, publishing papers in top-quality conferences, and developing collaborative and strategic relationships with relevant academic and government organizations. **Required technical and professional expertise** Technical Skills * 5+ years of programming experience with strong software engineering proficiency. * 3+ years of hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch). * 2+ years of expertise in large language models (LLMs). * Research background in NLP and deep learning, with a proven ability to drive original research. * Strong problem-solving skills, commitment to engineering excellence, and attention to quality. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Experience training/deploying LLMs for core NLP tasks. * Publication record in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP). * Creative prototyping and innovative problem-solving abilities. * Team collaboration and clear communication skills (written/verbal).
