Responsibility
1. Innovation project management in automation technology in modeling, advanced control and optimization. 
2. Act as principal investigator for task planning derived from technology vision, enabling team contribution and cross team cooperation.
3. Development of autonomous system and service technology, like AAS data modeling. Autonomous decision and control will enable production process to be fully automated without human interference, which is a key target of Intelligent Manufacturing in the industry.
4. Presentation and business development of innovative concepts.
5. Transfer the innovative automation ideas and prototypes into products and solutions, which will greatly improve production intelligence and reduce carbon footprint.
    
Professional and personal qualifications
1. Master+ degree in Automation (control engineering), Mathematics, or related technical field.2. Proven track record in research project management.3. 5+ years experience in industrial automation R&D, especially in factory automation, motion control, and process control technology innovation.4. Software skills for industrial control technology: model development, condition monitoring and diagnostics, advanced control, industrial data analytics.5. Good English and presentation skills, with ability to work effectively in a global, cross-cultural research environment.
