The Research Program Manager will oversee the local conduct of the study, managing day-to-day site operations in collaboration with the Principal Investigator (PI) and Project Manager. This includes maintaining local site files, drafting reports, and managing communication with stakeholders. The program manager will lead participant recruitment efforts, implementing novel strategies to engage potential participants and addressing local recruitment challenges. They will be responsible for executing the informed consent process, documenting participation in medical records when appropriate, and ensuring participants remain engaged throughout the 15-month study period.
The program manager will serve as the primary point of contact for participants, managing communication and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. They will work with the local clinical intervention teams to schedule appointments, manage IT needs for meetings and trainings, and ensure clinicians have the necessary paperwork. Additionally, this individual will support clinicians in recording and archiving counseling sessions, as well as collecting and entering session data, including session dates, status, and participant disposition (e.g., treatment ongoing, dropout, early termination).
The program manager will also be responsible for coordinating local site documentation related to adverse events and other regulatory requirements. They will ensure smooth information flow between the local site and other study sites, maintaining office operations and managing essential communications.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with vulnerable populations given the sensitive nature of the research project and participants' trauma histories.
**Required Skills**
+ Bachelor's degree with 2+ years related experience, Master's degree preferred.
