Responsibilities*

The Department of Pathology at Michigan Medicine has an open Research Investigator position to join our faculty in Ann Arbor, MI. Successful candidate will focus on advancing DALTAC technology; selective proximity=inducing degraders that simultaneously inactivate AR and p300/CBP as a therapeutic strategy. Be able to use multi-omic approaches and vivo modeling. Define mechanisms of action, assess resistance mechanisms, and identify predictive biomarkers. Expand efforts on synthetic lethality in CKD12 deficient tumors. This person will lead projects that explore combinatorial degrader strategies. They will also provide experienced hands-on leadership and supervision to more junior lab members.

Required Qualifications*This position requires a PhDMust be an experienced researcher, with at least 5 yearsHave hands-on experience with leadership and supervisionMust have experience with Translational Prostate Cancer Research.Experience on p300/CBP-mediated enhancer acetylation in prostate cancer.Modes of Work
