Research Intern

 

Fujitsu Research America (FRA) conducts fundamental research in several cutting-edge areas of technology including Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI). FRA is inviting applications for a Research Intern to research and build human-AI systems. The internship will target publications at top-tier conferences. Selected candidates will work with FRA’s Pittsburgh office, either remotely or in person. The expected duration of the internship is between 12-20 weeks. The expected start date will be between September 2025 to January 2026.

 

Minimum Qualifications

Currently pursuing PhD in Computer Science or related discipline in the U.S. Experience with Python programming and building systems with Gen AI Experience with ML/CV

 

Preferred Qualifications

First-author publications at top-tier conferences such as CHI, UIST, CVPR, NeurIPS etc. Experience with conducting user studies or evaluations
