At Kantar’s Global Research Centre (GRC) in Prague, we’re expanding our team of Research Executives, and we’re looking for curious minds who want to grow into experts in market research and advertising insights.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll start with a full training program that gives you the foundation to grow into an independent Research Executive. Over time, you’ll be designing, coordinating, and interpreting international marketing research projects for major brands across sectors like tech, fashion, finance, FMCG, and more. Here’s what your work will include:
Understanding clients’ needs and the unique aspects of their marketsHelping design surveys that get to the heart of what consumers think and feelCoordinating with global teams and data providers to ensure smooth executionTroubleshooting problems, proposing solutions, and keeping projects movingAnalyzing survey results and turning data into stories that guide advertising and brand strategyWorking with experienced colleagues to improve how we work and innovate on projectsDon’t worry if you’ve never done this before — we’ll support you every step of the way.
Who you are:
We’re looking for people who are open-minded, motivated to learn, and ready to dive into the world of advertising and analytics. If this sounds like you, let’s talk! We’d love it if you also have:
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent— in Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, Statistics, Business… or just about anything if you're curious and analyticalAn interest in working with data, surveys, tables, and chartsStrong communication skills in English (spoken and written)A good grasp of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Great attention to detail, ability to juggle tasks, and stay organizedA comfort with change, ambiguity, and a drive to improve and learnA global mentality — we work in a very multicultural team!If the idea of reviewing data makes you sweat, or you dislike working with people — this probably isn’t the best match.
