**Research Director, Ferroalloys** McCloskey by OPIS has an opening for an experienced Research Director, Ferroalloys in our global research and analysis team. You will be the research lead for our Ferroalloys coverage, reporting to the McCloskey Research Lead. The role will focus on leading our expanding coverage of the bulk ores markets, and their use in both ferroalloys and batteries. You will work alongside our industry-leading journalists and price analysts, located around the world. **About The Team** McCloskey by OPIS provides integrated offerings of market intelligence, price indexes and forecasting. Energy transition relies on a mineral-intensive process, and it is important to understand the dynamics shaping thermal and metallurgical coal, ferroalloys, iron ore, scrap, steel and base metals markets, globally and in important regions across Australia, Africa, India, China, Europe and the Americas. **You will:** + Develop and/or maintain supply and demand balance sheets for selected ferroalloys and their underlying ores. + Develop and/or maintain price forecasts for ferroalloys and their related ores. + Utilize your existing network to help develop OPIS client base in the ferroalloys space.
