Our client, a Consumer goods company, is seeking a Research & Development Assistant to join their team. As a Research & Development Assistant, you will be part of the R&D department supporting various project teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong laboratory and mathematical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Formulate and support the development of new products and technologies based on relevant consumer insights in support of brand initiatives. Support key projects through the product development process as the R&D representative. Work cross-functionally and be the R&D lead on project teams to achieve key milestones and objectives. Conduct performance and analysis evaluations of products. Perform basic laboratory techniques at the bench and apply SOP/ISO/GLP protocols.

What's Needed?

BS/BA degree in a related science and Chemical background 2-5 years of relevant experience in Product Development  Good formulation knowledge and understanding of chemical interactions. Strong interpersonal skills to nurture teamwork and foster an environment of achievement. Strong written communication skills for accurate data entry and concise lab reports.
