Work where you matter.** **A Brief Overview** Assists researchers and study staff in analysis and management of complex health research data to define research findings and outcomes. Responsible for using statistical software's related to building and maintaining research databases, data wrangling, organization, and quality control, and basic data analysis. The Analyst defines processes on data collection and will work with, manage, and organize large, complex datasets. Works directly with researchers and study staff to develop best practices for data collection and management. **What you will do** + Collaborates to conduct data quality and control processes, and monitor progress to meet research goals. + Builds and manages complex research databases and creates, including metadata and appropriate data dictionaries. + Assists in creating case report forms (CRFs) and defining data collection processes. + Creates documentation explaining research data management best practices used in reports, processes and analyses. + Archives data and projects, including metadata and study documents. + Uses data visualization to prepare quality figures, tables, and results to summarize study data for journal publications, reports, and presentations. + Communicates data management concepts to researchers and study staff of all levels and backgrounds. + Interacts and consults with researchers and study staff to ensure proper data collection and management methods during the entire study process. + Demonstrates accountability, ensures data integrity and reproducibility throughout all activities. **Essential Qualifications** The individual must be able to work the hours specified.
