Research Associate Contractor I – 12-Month Contract
Location: Cambridge, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (4 days onsite, 1 day remote optional)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Research Associate to support analytical development efforts within a dynamic pharmaceutical environment. This role involves hands-on laboratory work and cross-functional collaboration to advance drug substance and formulation development.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute experiments to support analytical method development, stability assessments, and troubleshootingPerform chemical and physical analyses to inform process and formulation optimizationAssist with technical inquiries related to method development, both internally and with external CDMO partnersCollaborate with Analytical Development, Process Chemistry, and Formulation teamsParticipate in instrument maintenance and upkeepAuthor and review data and reports generated in the laboratoryPresent scientific findings to cross-functional teamsRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry with 1–3 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in Chemistry with 1+ years of experienceDemonstrated knowledge of analytical technologies including:HPLCHRMSGCNMRFTIRKarl FischerDissolutionPXRDPreferred Skills:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $42.00/hr.
