Job Title: Research Associate 
Location: Andover, MA 
Type: Contract
 
Responsibilities Prepare biological samples (cells, tissues, plasma) for LC-MS analysis Perform protein lysis, immunoprecipitation, digestion, filtration, and concentration Design and execute experiments in collaboration with scientists Develop and optimize analytical methods Analyze, interpret, and document results in electronic lab notebooks Present findings and contribute to team discussions Maintain high standards of lab safety and data integrity REQUIREMENTS:    BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field + 3–5 years of experience OR MS + 1–3 years of experience Strong experience with LC-MS sample preparation workflows Familiarity with proteomics and immunoanalytical techniques Exposure to Parallel Reaction Monitoring (PRM) is a plus Comfortable operating lab equipment and following complex protocols Excellent data organization and communication skills
