As a Research Associate, you will support the antibody discovery pipeline by performing a variety of technical procedures in a collaborative laboratory environment. Your work will directly contribute to the development of innovative healthcare solutions. **What you’ll be doing:** + Performing and documenting analytical procedures in compliance with regulatory and corporate guidelines. + Supporting antibody discovery through techniques such as flow cytometry, PCR, SDS-PAGE, and immunoassays. + Maintaining mammalian cell lines and performing yeast or bacterial transformations. + Preparing buffers and solutions and conducting calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment. + Analyzing data and uploading results to the LIMS system under guidance. + Assisting in troubleshooting and process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency. + Providing technical training and supporting to lab personnel in areas of expertise. + Participating in continuing education and contributing to technical discussions and experimental design. **What we are looking for:** + Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field. + 1–2 years of experience in method development or relevant laboratory techniques. + Hands-on experience with cell culturing, pipetting, and analytical instrumentation. + Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree. **The knowledge, skills and abilities needed for this role:** + Proficiency in analytical techniques such as flow cytometry, PCR, and immunoassays. + Strong understanding of laboratory safety, sample handling, and regulatory standards. + Ability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve process issues effectively. + Excellent organizational, communication, and data analysis skills. **What we offer you:** We put our employees at the center of everything we do and are committed to providing them, and their families, with benefits that meet their diverse and changing needs.
