This position will support a project that strives to integrate high-dimensional multi-omics data (genomic, proteomic, etc.) to explore molecular relationships underlying schizophrenia. **Core Responsibilities Include:** + Process and clean multi-omics datasets (genomics, proteomics, etc.) related to schizophrenia research. + Integrate multiple high-dimensional datasets using canonical correlation methods. + Modify and adapt existing statistical methods (e.g., SGTCCA-NET) for the project’s needs. + Develop and implement novel statistical approaches for multi-omics network analysis. + Update and improve existing R code to incorporate methodological innovations. + Prepare reports, manuscripts, and written deliverables. + Collaborate and communicate effectively with the research team.
