They have accountability and responsibility for promoting professional growth, nursing expertise, and progressive practice and improving patient outcomes in Emergency Services. In addition, they oversee the development, implementation and management of research and quality improvement projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitating successful study implementation and outcomes. They would help develop nursing practice by focusing on the most current evidence-based practice guidelines to keep staff and our processes up to date. This individual would also collaborate with the Fellowship coordinator for all research and investigative studies led by the Fellows.
