Research Analyst Job ID 237570 Posted 12-Sep-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Research Location(s) Salt Lake City - Utah - United States of America About The Role: As Commercial Real Estate Research Analyst, you will provide research and analysis support of commercial real estate markets. The role will encompass certain regular tasks around the collection and analysis of core data, as well as a range of activities that contribute to and support the team’s production and delivery of research material. What You'll Do: - Research, collect and enter market information regarding the commercial real estate market. - Track and gather data on properties, transactions, tenants, tenants in the market, new developments, etc. - Assist in the creation of both standard and customized point of sale Research outputs, under the supervision of a Research Manager. - Connect with brokers and developers to gather market intelligence. - Perform other duties as assigned. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information. - Knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis. - Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills. - Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office and Tableau - Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
