We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who would like to join our insight driven team. We are ideally looking for someone with at least three years of experiences. **What is in it for you:** As an Analyst/ Senior Analyst, you are a key member of the supporting staff in the Valuation Department. You provide vital supporting and assistance to the team and Department Head. The job demands a sound level of writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills, maturity, initiative and common sense. You will have the opportunity to work with key stakeholders within the department and across other business lines whilst gaining broad exposure and good market knowledge. **What you will be working on:** + To support the team members and Department Head for the research and database management mainly covering the Hong Kong real estate market. + To prepare analytical and thought leadership commentary for valuation reports and publication purposes, conduct market research, collect and analyse data on a regular basis and prepare client briefings and presentations. + To build and manage various databases, the collection of real estate market intelligence, and the conversion of market knowledge into actionable transactional and business opportunities. + To carry out any other duties as assigned by the team supervisors and senior management. **You are someone with:** + A degree preferably major in Real Estate or Business Analytics. However, other majors such as Communication & Media, Business or Finance will also be considered for the role + Ideally minimum 3 years of experience working in a highly data centric environment. You enjoy working with data and numbers, as much as you enjoy presenting a convincing story to your audience + Excellent writing skills (both English and Chinese) and analytical mind, specifically an ability to articulate research findings and opinions succinctly + Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills + Strong organisational and analytical skills + Positive work attitude and ability to work in a team environment + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint applications and other database applications.
