Contribute to the subrecipient risk assessment process by evaluating and determining subrecipient organizational, financial, and compliance risk; recommend risk level and outline special terms & conditions as needed. 2. Establish and maintain subaward encumbrances in the University financial system. 3. Ensure compliance with federal regulation on transparency by submitting monthly Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act (FFATA) reports. 4. Facilitate subaward monitoring efforts and perform desk reviews; oversee assigned subaward compliance reviews. 5. Monitor federal and state updates as they apply to subawards and recommend subaward policy updates and process efficiencies based on changing requirements. **Grant Funded?:** No **Minimum Hire Rate:** 19.97 **Pay Basis:** Hourly **Schedule Details:** M-F: 8:00am-5:00pm.
