Work You'll Do:
The Requirement Analyst will perform day-to-day technical and management support functions of assigned projects spanning all Section 3 requirements and activities. In addition, they will organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all activities and deliverables associated with assigned projects; utilize refined techniques for identifying, eliminating or mitigating solution, project, and business risk; analyze information and situations and implement actions to ensure project objectives are met.

Includes design of the cyber organization, governance, and risk assessments.
Qualifications:
Required:
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
+ Active TS/SCI required.
+ Must be local to the Hampton Roads area and able to come onsite in Suffolk, VA for 5 days a week.
+ 5+ years experience of managing Navy or DOD enterprise network transformation andcybersecurity efforts
+ 5+ years of the following experience:
+ Experience leading a team of 20 or more staff required.
+ Coordinate hardware integration tests
+ Experience in conducting strategic assessments, gap analysis, readiness, and risk evaluations
+ Experience in the migration of Navy Excepted Networks
