We are looking for a Specialist in Requirements Management and Verification, reporting to the Business Process Manager in Engineering, to help us establish a more efficient and robust management of our product requirements. In this role, you will have a major impact in supporting the teams with their development of new vehicles. You will be at the forefront of applying the necessary improvements and transformations to maintain efficiency and support the company's growth.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Support project managers and engineers in translating customer needs into product and system requirements, and contribute to their maintenance over time.

Contribute to standardizing verification and validation activities, particularly for electronic components and software, and integrate them into an ALM tool.

Contribute to process improvement and establish new methods during brainstorming sessions, notably thanks to your knowledge of the field, best practices, and new industry trends.

Define how to perform process activities in an ALM tool (Polarion) and contribute to training users of this tool.

Monitor teams in defining products (tools or processes) to ensure that deliverables related to requirements management remain of high quality.

Provide support to users of the requirements management tool for administrative tasks.

A highly developed customer orientation.

The ability to work with and simplify complex concepts.

The ability to collaborate with and influence product development teams.

In-depth knowledge of the V-model development process.

Proficiency in technical writing and structuring requirements
