Our client, a leader in the beverage and food industry is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and excellent problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator Production

Location: Harrisonburg, VA

Pay Range: $23.41

Shift: 2-2-3 shift pattern,  7 PM to 7AM 

What's the Job?

Safely set-up and operate various types of machines and specialized equipment. Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot routine malfunctions to ensure high-quality product output. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a hazard-free work area. Accurately maintain records and documentation as required. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate production activities and meet production goals.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry. Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machines and equipment. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying environmental conditions.
