Your Role

Gensler's Dallas office is looking for a Reprographics Specialist.

What You Will Do

Oversee office services/mail operationsComplete large numbers of reprographics requests for black/white and color photocopiesOperate production printers and copiers, including inputting job-processing settings and managing job queuesOperate finishing equipment (3-hole drills, bindery folder, etc.) according to job ticket instructionsQuality Assurance; check document quality before, during, and after each production jobLoad copiers with paper and toner as neededTroubleshoot basic equipment problems, placing service calls when neededHandle sensitive and/or confidential documents and informationEnsure proper job assessment and production estimationAssist office staff by performing various clerical duties in an officeStock clerical supplies for workersOpen, sort, and distribute incoming mailCollect and stamps outgoing mailAssist with set-up and clean-up of onsite client meetings

 

Your Qualifications
