What Customer Operations Support>contributes to Cardinal Health
Responsible for providing outsourced services to customers relating to pharmaceutical orders, returns, credits, and/or other services by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research and problem/dispute resolution.
Qualifications
Minimum two years of college education, Associate Degree, or Degree in Medical allied courses such as health care, nursing, etc.At least 6 months of working experience in BPO Customer Service and preferably handled inbound calls for pharmaceutical or health care accountsProficiency in verbal and written communication skillsUses correct grammar and appropriate vocabularyCommunicates clearly and effectivelyActively listens and has the ability to engage with the customerPrior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems requiredMust be detailed orientedHas sense of urgency and must be able to multi-taskDemonstrates business etiquette/professionalism to both internal and external teamsWilling to work night shiftWhat is expected of you and others at this level
