**How will you make an impact in this role?**
The Digital Performance Analyst is a role dedicated to supporting the operational execution of acquisition campaigns in digital channels, by generating campaign IDs, source codes, creatives assets, assisting on quality assurance processes and monitoring performance across the process
By executing campaigns in the proper manner, the channel under his/her/they scope will achieve targets consistently to generate revenue for the company.
**Responsibilities:**
* Lead Qualification: Database & CRM Management: Maintain an accurate and organized database of leads and track all interactions within the company's CRM system.
* Support performance marketing campaigns across paid media channels.
* Assist in UX/UI testing and optimization efforts.
* Monitor lead generation metrics and report performance.
* Collaborate with tele-sales to ensure lead quality and conversion.
* Maintain dashboards and assist in data analysis.
* Create and manage engaging digital content based on SEO and SEM strategies, such as ad copies and website content.
* Management control of sales codes and URLs
**Minimum Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
* Proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel.
* Knowledge of SEM, SEO, and social media platforms for performance.
* Basic understanding of UX/UI principles.
* Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems.
* 2 years of relevant experience preferred
* Intermediate proficiency in English
