What You'll Be Doing?

Manage and prioritize tasks: Answer all incoming HR Shared Services phone calls, voicemail, and emails within the HR Services inbox  Serve as point of contact: Support retail and external partners, filtering to internal partners, as needed  Partner with HRIS and HR Administration: Maintain integrity of data systems such as auditing and correcting org charts   Review data accuracy: Manage employee HR job data and non-action related data for accuracy to ensure proper processing and administration  Work with HR Business Partners: Ensure all organization charts are accurate for weekly publication, and as needed (Talent Reviews, onboarding planners, CHRO requests)  Support employee recognition program: Process requests as they move through the approval process, distribution of merchandise and the request of checks
