Job Description

Strictly adheres to guidelines for acquisition, maintenance, retention, and disposition of fixed assets and associated records.
Affixes inventory tags to designated assets and equipment and replace damaged asset tags.
Performs field inventory by physically locating, identifying, and counting assets to keep the auxiliary management database up to date without repeated, incorrect, or inaccurate information.
Arranges and completes the physical transfer/disposal of surplus/obsolete/damaged items.
Supervision with handling surplus and storage areas of the inventory section.
Lead the solution of minor inventory location/usage discrepancies.
Takes over any asset assignation considering all the internal regulations and provides a record of the completed action to the user. Completing the request includes updating the fixed assets database per assignation.
Looks over the damaged furniture and arranges the asset replacement complying with all the internal policies and the provider's regulations.
