The Position
Es el responsable de asegurar el cumplimiento de los resultados cuantitativos y cualitativos de su equipo de ventas basado en un liderazgo transformacional, garantizando una gestión y direccionamiento de su equipo de ventas.
Estableciendo una adecuada administración de los recursos y presupuesto por parte de su equipo de ventas alineado a las políticas y procedimientos de Organon.
Además de ejecutar una adecuada implementación de la estrategia de marketing para el logro de los resultados en corto, mediano y largo plazo.
Responsibilities
Trabajo Cross Funcional con las áreas de soporte de la compañía: Marketing, Medical, Comercial, SFE, Capacitación, Compliance.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
Formación académica/Experiencia/Conocimientos/Idiomas:
Licenciatura en Área Económico- Administrativas, De la Salud o Afines (Titulado) Indispensable.Maestría en Administración de negocios o Afín (Deseable)Experiencia mínima de 4 años como gerente de distrito/ Ventas en laboratorios Farmacéuticos nacionales o Transnacionales.Experiencia comprobable en gestión comercial en implementación de estrategias comerciales en Farmacias Regionales, Nacionales y Autoservicios.Dominio de inglés (Deseable)Competencias y habilidades:
