You shall be able to promote SI Buildings portfolio in partners, installers, designers and end-users. You will work closely with the SI Buildings sales team, to deliver the best in class BMS/SACE solution to our clients. Working with SI Buildings you are expected to generate sales in clients and sales demand in designers to growth our market in Portugal. **Your mission will be…** + Work with End-Users decision-makers & contacts, with the responsibility to maintain/expand these relationships within assigned, existing client accounts as well as build new customer relationships; + Effectively performs customers’ needs assessments and develops added value and tailored proposal; + Act as a Trusted Advisor to customers across their enterprises; + Partner with Engineers and other stakeholders to assist in the design, communicate and implement Solutions and Services on Smart infrastructures - Buildings. **Your Success is granted by...** + Lead and drive partner sales within the SI Building sector in Portugal; + Serve as the sales expert in SACE, ensuring high-quality delivery and sales support for partners; + Develop strategies to increase market share and expand partnerships effectively; + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions for client needs; + Monitor sales metrics, trends, and client feedback to enhance sales processes. **We are looking for someone with…** + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent; + 3 years (minimum) of experience in related field (BMS/SACE/HVAC) required; + Account Management as well as New Business Development Experience; + Previous experience in Smart Infrastructures Buildings technologies is highly advantageous; + Competency in partner management and strategic sales; + Fluency in Portuguese.
